At this time, Moonkissed Jewels does not accept returns, as it is a very small, one-person business, and most of the items are made-to-order. Please be sure to carefully review all item descriptions before making a purchase. DAMAGED/BROKEN MERCHANDISE:

Since all my jewelry is handcrafted, I understand that occasional imperfections may occur, and I recognize that accidents can happen to the items we cherish. My top priority is ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase! If you encounter an issue with your jewelry, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Send me an email, and I’ll do my best to resolve the situation. If you believe an item was damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and include photos of the damage.
